confidence ... to use these efficient guys again, should I have a similar issue!!!I was very concerned that my computer had been compromised along with my phone, and needed confidence and assurance that we could have all the issues sorted thoroughly.... fortunetly I contacted Zoo Computers, and had Robert work on these issues, promptly and efficiently, and my concerns have been addressed. I left my ASUS Expertbook with Hamid for repairs while I was overseas. The hinge had fallen apart and the whole screen surround needed replacing. Just arrived back. The repair is perfect - good as new. Price was reasonable. Communications were effective with both Hamid and Robert. I would certainly use their repair service again if the need arose. I cannot fault Hamid, his is amazing. I submitted the form and within minutes he had gotten in touch and picked my laptop up the next day. He was in touch the whole way. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Robert responded to my call within minutes of me leaving a message.  He was accommodating and helpful during the whole process. He was able to repair my laptop remotely - saving me the hassle of having to deliver it somewhere and pick it up.
My laptop is now virus clean and protected and is working super fast - maybe even faster than when it was new!

After running well for years, recently I encountered a number of problems with my computer which I was unable to fix.  I called a local company and was lucky enough to find a very nice repair man by the name of Robert.  He spent time repairing my computer and also making sure everything was running well again. Our computer was hacked and our bank requested to get a technician to clean our computer.  When we spoke to Robert he said he does this stuff online due to the time it takes, however can offer a capped rate.  After seeing the reviews it completely sold me and I could tell then that people were really happy with his service.  I'm very impressed with Robert's honesty and how well he went over and above he need to do and still honoured the price he gave us.  It took over 24 hours for a virus removal due to our computer being very infected however not only did we get rid of viruses we also increased the speed of the computer by half. After dealing with another computer company, we lost 15+ years worth of email with a company that didn't back up our optusnet emails.  I contacted Robert who was able to set me up on a gmail account and redirected all of our optusnet emails to a new gmail account.  He then spoke to the other computer company to advocate for us and attempt to get our money back.  I was very impressed at how robert how he worked in with us to get this job done.  Although there were difficulties because of my lack of expertise your patience and understanding of my situation, made the whole exercise all the more pleasant and easier for me.  My wife is going through cancer issues at the moment and email is vital to us.  I will never give a 5 star usually and always give 4 however in this circumstance I will give 5.
